- Specific site environmental and OHS issues are communicated to all stakeholders following relevant work schedule and special requirements.
- Overall objectives of the project are defined to all stakeholders noting individual responsibilities and duty of care.
- Equipment operators, contractors and other staff are briefed on special aspects of performance relating to specific equipment, and handling of hazardous materials for their specific function in accordance with the approved plan.
- Monitoring requirements for the site is defined and individual responsibilities identified in accordance with the works schedule as stated in the approved plan.
- Direct implementation of planned works
- Monitor works specifications and site environment
- Continual review of works and site environment to ensure specifications, contracts and targets are in accordance with the approved plan.
- Instructions to staff and contractors to ensure compliance with the approved plan.
- Modifications are made to works in consultation with the approved plan provider.
